How long does it take to get my jewelry?

After you complete your order, we get busy hand making your product. (About Us)  Then, we’ll ship it within 14 days of your order, usually earlier.

How is my order shipped?

Troupe ships everything via USPS.

Does the jewelry contain nickel or lead?

No, Troupe jewelry is always nickel and lead free.

How do I Care for my jewelry?

Each piece of jewelry is processed with a polymer coating or in the case of our sterling silver, an added layer of rhodium to help prevent scratching and tarnishing.

Take care to keep your jewelry away from chemicals, sprays and perfumes. Never wear in the shower and remove while washing. Use a soft cloth to remove smudges and fingerprints. When not being worn, keep your jewelry in the pouch provided to deter oxidation.

Can I return or cancel my order if I’m not satisfied?

As soon as your order is placed, we start the manufacturing process; so unfortunately, we cannot process a cancellation. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact support@troupejewelry.com and we’ll be more than happy to make things right.

 

I can’t get the Troupe Designer to load in Google Chrome, what’s the problem?

 

In the URL bar type:   chrome://gpu    Look for “WebGL”.  If you do not see the words “Hardware Accelerated” next to WebGL, do as follows:   Type chrome://flags into the URL bar.  The first flag should be Override software rendering list.  Click “Enable”.  That should fix the problem.  To see if its fixed, again type chrome://gpu    Look for “WebGL”.  You should now see “Hardware Accelerated” and  you are all set.  If for some reason, its still not working, we’d suggest trying the Fire Fox browser.
